Pricing is set and released by Oberoi Realty, tower by tower, and we share the official price list with you directly as it becomes available, rather than circulate unverified figures. Tell us the configuration you have in mind and we will give you the current developer pricing and payment plan for it.

Is the project RERA-registered?

Yes. The towers at Three Sixty North are registered as separate real estate projects with the Haryana RERA Authority. We will give you the exact registration number for the tower you are considering, and you can verify every detail on the official portal at haryanarera.gov.in.

Why buy through Home Land Trade and not directly?

You pay the same developer price either way, what changes is the advice around it.
